Yoga for everyone

Giuliana is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher based in London. She is also a physiotherapy student with great interest in anatomy, biomechanics and chronic pain, concepts she brings to her classes to provide students with tailored and safe guidance.

Body-mind connection

The asana practice initiates each student into a path of self-discovery. When yoga is practised with awareness it becomes a precious tool for everyday living, gradually building physical and psychological resilience.

The combination of gentle stretching and mindful breathing in yoga can provide substantial relief for those suffering from chronic pain. This dual approach can help to soothe an overly sensitive central nervous system by reducing stress and nurturing a sense of safety.
